• Owns a pair of Z-CoiL^® shoes and believes in the value they add to people’s lives.
• Has adequate operating capital to launch and manage a Z-CoiL^® store.
• Enjoys working with people and understands the value of building strong customer relationships.
• Is willing to make a full-time commitment to a Z-CoiL^® store.
• Has previous business experience and an entrepreneurial spirit.
